You\'ll be responsible for accurately processing and managing housekeeping orders, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process housekeeping service requests from guests and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule and prioritize tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and updates.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services.
Ensure all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests and clients.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
