What you\'ll do

You\'ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests.

• You will answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.
• You will report special attention guests, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• You will provide the turn down service to assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Housekeeping professional, you\'ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will be motivated, passionate and committed.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong guest service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will have a high school education and bring your past experience working for luxury hotels.
