We seek a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager with experience in 5-star Hotel or Holiday Homes to join our dynamic team at a premier hospitality destination in the heart of Downtown Dubai. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of Holiday Homes operations, ensuring seamless hotel experiences and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments in operations, i.e., guest relations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and guest-centric approach to service delivery
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to minimize guest complaints and maintain a positive brand reputation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel/holiday operations management
• Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A driving license is a must
