Your role will be included but not limited to:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet 5-star standards
• Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and requests related to housekeeping with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and storage of cleaning materials and amenities
• Implement and monitor eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide training for staff as necessary
• Prepare and manage the housekeeping department\'s budget and expenses

Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:

• Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry trends
• Familiarity with housekeeping software and systems
