Maxcure Medical Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including patient rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with facility policies.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleaning, floor waxing, and carpet shampooing.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding promptly to any housekeeping requests or concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of infection control practices and standards.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
