Job Summary An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Laundry Attendant to join our team. The main duties of this role:
- Report to duty on time in full uniform
- Sign the attendance register, Time in and Time out
- Load/ unload trolleys from the vehicle
- Sort out soiled linen into different wash loads
- Keep the work area clean and tidy
- Use the correct operating procedure of all types of machine in the laundry
- Keep the department and machinery clean at all times
- Follow fire and safety procedures in the department
- To attend the training carried out by the hotel management
- Carry out other duties as directed by Housekeeping manager and team leader
- Successfully completed Secondary Education
- 1 years experience in a similar role
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledgeable in Fabrics
- Knowledgeable in use of Laundry Machineries
- Knowledgeable in use of Laundry Chemicals
- Knowledgeable in use of Laundry Spotting Chemicals
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
