Housekeeping( Female, Live In)
Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Clean, sanitize and dry bathroom; removes stains and smudges from windows, walls, mirrors, pictures, small appliances; Changes bed linen and bath linen.
o Maintains all cleaning equipment in good working condition.
o Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
o Vacuum, sweep, and mopping floors.
o Clean and stock restrooms.
o Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
o Notify manager of necessary repairs or security issues.
o Collect and dispose of trash.
o Assist guests when necessary.
o Keep the linen room stocked.
o Properly clean upholstered furniture.
o Deliver excellent customer service.
o Check stocking levels of all consumables.
o Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
o High school degree
o Previous working experience as a Maid for 2 years
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Housekeeping hard skills like sweeping, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, mopping, window treatment cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning, etc.
o Ability to lift at least 25 pounds / 12 kg.
o Ability to communicate verbally.
o Attention to detail.
o Customer service skills.
o Flexibility.
