We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator with good English language spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
Schedule and assign housekeeping staff to various tasks, including room cleaning, linen management, and common area maintenance.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and support to existing employees.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Monitor staff performance and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a housekeeping or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
