: As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. Your responsibilities extend beyond simply providing a clean room and a freshly made bed; you are instrumental in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. You are empowered to move about the hotel space and perform various housekeeping functions with diligence and attention to detail. Whether you\'re fulfilling guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar tasks, your dedication ensures that every corner of the hotel contributes to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of general cleaning processes throughout the hotel premises
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet established cleanliness standards
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, floors, and surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and public areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and helpful manner
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues
- Participate in training programs and meetings as required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
