• Maintains responsibilities for the keys which have been signed for, within his/ her possession
• Makes up assigned guest rooms to THE ACT & 72 brand standards.
• Maintains trolley in a clean, neat and tidy order.
• Places Room Service items out of guest view in the lift areas.
• Turns in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
• Reports large sums of money or jewelry to the Supervisor.
• Reports to the Supervisor all rooms not requiring service or displaying a
• DND sign.
• Reports to the Supervisor any Blankets, Bed skirts, etc. That requires changing.
• Reports any malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Performs Spring Cleaning as and when required.
• Performs turndown service when required.
• Reports any Health and Safety Hazards.
• Reports any unusual behavior.
• Can respond to guest's requests regarding facilities within the Hotel.
• Removes and informs the office, of items found upon check out of the Guest, e. g. foam pillows, irons, adaptors, etc.
• Records accurately discrepancies .

Experience:
