Job Summary:

The Male Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in the medical center. This role ensures all patient rooms, public areas, and clinical facilities meet hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitization:
• Perform regular cleaning, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas.
• Sanitize medical equipment, patient rooms, and common areas following infection control protocols.
• Dispose of waste, including medical and hazardous waste, in compliance with regulations.
• Laundry Services:
• Collect, clean, and distribute linens, uniforms, and bedding as required.
• Ensure proper handling of contaminated linens.
• Stock and Supply Maintenance:
• Refill cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers, and hygiene materials in designated areas.
• Report inventory shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including infection control, health, and safety guidelines.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Patient Support (if required):
• Assist in non-clinical patient needs such as tidying rooms or rearranging furniture.
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior when interacting with patients and staff.
• Additional Duties:
• Respond to housekeeping emergencies (e.g., spills, biohazard incidents).
• Assist in setting up rooms for events or meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures is a plus.
• Skills:
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Preferable own visa and Philippine national
• Interview Location will be sharjah head office

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
