Job Description
Our client is looking to hire an East European housekeeping attendant cum butler for their private villa in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping Duties: * Room Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel or property standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
- General Cleaning:
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Reporting & Inventory:
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning appliances).
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to their rooms.
- Handle luggage, unpack for guests, and provide personalized room setup.
- Personalized Guest Service:
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience.
- Provide wake-up calls, morning coffee, or tea, and evening turndown service.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience: Prior experience as a housekeeper, butler, or in hospitality roles.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and providing personalized service.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy for guests.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest issues and requests quickly and effectively.
