Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join the team at the prestigious 5-Star Hotel in Ajman, UAE. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Your work will ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, meeting the high standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:



Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities such as towels and toiletries. Public Area Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and elevators. Monitor and maintain high cleanliness standards in these spaces. Stocking Supplies: Ensure all guest rooms and housekeeping carts are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as cleaning products, linens, towels, and toiletries. Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries. Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor. Laundry: Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Cleaning Equipment: Use cleaning equipment and products properly and safely. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Lost and Found: Report and track lost and found items according to hotel policies, ensuring that all lost items are returned to guests promptly. Room Inspections: Perform room inspections to ensure that rooms meet hotel cleanliness standards before guest check-ins. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping team members and communicate effectively with front desk and maintenance staff to ensure rooms and facilities are ready for guests.

Job Requirements:



Minimum High School Graduate Strong communication skills in English. Must have experience in the hotel industry (preferred) Must be willing to work to Ajman, UAE.
