Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeper - Tagalog Speaker Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Accommodation: Company-provided Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure a consistent and high standard of cleanliness.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of guest areas during special events or functions.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries courteously.
- Fluent in Tagalog, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and carrying.
- Willingness to stay in company-provided accommodation.
