Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the family, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist in organizing tasks and errands for a seamless balance of professional and personal support.
Ensure smooth operations for organizing private events, gatherings, and special occasions.
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies needed for events.
Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, such as business associates, family members, and household staff.
Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance to maintain a well-kept facility.
Maintain inventory of furnishings and equipment, ordering replacements when necessary.
Coordinate with staff to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
Train other staff members as needed.
Greet and care for guests and visitors.
Schedule and oversee home maintenance and repair projects.
Communicate schedules with household staff, including maids, drivers, cooks, gardeners, and security.
Manage household budget and control expenses.
Coordinate logistics during visits to the family\'s holiday home.
Manage car renewals and maintenance.
Purchase groceries, gifts, and other items for the employer.
Ensure smooth operation of the employer\'s home.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar household management role.
Availability all 7 days of the week based on VIP family requirements.
Preferred nationalities: Sri Lankan/South African.
