Job Title: Live-in Housemaid/Nanny : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Housemaid/Nanny to join our household and assist with childcare, housekeeping, and meal preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and clean environment for our children while also helping with household chores and activities. Responsibilities: Childcare: Supervise and care for children in the household, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in educational and recreational activities, both indoor and outdoor. Assist with homework assignments and provide academic support as needed. Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the children, promoting their emotional and social development. Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Maintain a neat and organized living space, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Launder clothing and linens, ensuring they are clean and properly stored. Assist with grocery shopping and meal planning as needed. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals for the family, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences. Plan menus and recipes according to the family\'s tastes and requirements. Ensure that meals are served on time and that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy after meal preparation. Other Responsibilities: Run errands and perform other household tasks as requested by the employer. Maintain open and clear communication with the family regarding schedules, expectations, and any issues that may arise. Adhere to the household rules and policies, including regarding safety, hygiene, and discipline. Requirements: Previous experience working as a housemaid/nanny, preferably in a similar household setting. Genuine love for children and a nurturing disposition. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic first aid and child safety practices. Willingness to work long hours and occasional weekends as needed. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities. Valid work permit or visa, if applicable. Comfortable with staying in the villa provided by the employer. Two days off per month. Fluent or proficient in English (or the language spoken in the household).
