Requirement:

Prior experience in housekeeping. Available to join immediately. Open to live-in arrangements.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, with a focus on?ensuring?a strict daily cleaning schedule?is followed, ensuring to maintain a clean hygienic environment,?whilst upholding a high level?of cleanliness. To have a full understanding of the areas to be cleaned. Meet the demands of customers by completing and ensuring the required cleaning tasks in accordance with Standard operating procedures (SOP) and as requested via service manager. Ensure that all equipment used is in a safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults as required at the service desk, ensure they are rectified and ensure equipment is not used until safe. Ensure you project a positive, approachable, friendly, and professional image. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so it's important to have a positive, approachable attitude and excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork! Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Maintain decorum of the rooms and other areas of Property Keep record of General Maintenance and follow-up to concern department to resolve the issues Create regular inventory list for timely ordering of the needs. Coordination with other departments to understand the support required to run housekeeping section
