Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach learners the most developmentally appropriate functional skills as determined by each individual assessment and treatment plan
Work with individual learners or groups of learners within the center and homes
Responsible for daily upkeep of program materials for assigned learners
Receive passing scores on competency evaluations for instruction and record keeping
Interact with parents and others in a professional manner
Protect and ensure the health and safety of each child in the Center and homes
Assist learners with health and hygiene practices
Participate in the development of reports, treatment plans and problem behavior reduction plans
Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-service trainings
Adhere to and maintain the integrity of the Neam Clinic's guiding principles.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred
Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms

Ability to lift 15kg / 30 lbs (to lift a child)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in behavior sciences, psychology, or education
Training in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred, e.g. RBT, IBT, ABAT
At least two years demonstrable ABA work experience in a clinic or school setting - written references will be sought, please identify suitable providers of these references
Excellent English, spoken and written
