Job Summary:

We are hiring highly motivated and customer-focused individuals for our Hotel Staff for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities: * Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Perform regular inspections to ensure rooms are properly maintained.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms. Monitor and replenish supplies as needed. Handle laundry and ensure proper handling and storage of guests\' personal belongings.
• Food and Beverage Service: Assist in the set-up and breakdown of dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Serve guests in a professional and courteous manner, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and handling payments accurately.
• Concierge Services: Provide information and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, transportation, and other services. Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation as requested. Offer recommendations based on guest preferences and interests.
• Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following established procedures and protocols. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Communication: Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Effectively communicate guest needs, special requests, and feedback to relevant team members to ensure prompt resolution.
