Beyou Clinic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving referrals, creating partnerships, and promoting our clinic's services to hotel guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target hotels and hospitality businesses to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop strategies to promote clinic services to hotel guests, including creating exclusive offers or packages.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management, concierge teams, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
Sales and Marketing:
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve referral targets and increase clinic visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to hotel guests.
Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in events, presentations, and workshops within hotels to showcase clinic services.
Coordinate on-site visits or open house events for hotel staff and guests to experience clinic offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report referral numbers, sales performance, and partnership outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve collaboration and drive growth.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality roles, preferably with exposure to the healthcare or wellness industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Personality: Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's hotel and hospitality industry is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
