Our client in the marketing field & CRM provider & an ever-leading provider of marketing, digital marketing, and market research with the highest quality services for well-known businesses. :-Develop business plans and set targets to increase revenue and maximum profit for hotel management.-Implement sales and marketing strategies necessary to attract customers to patronize the hotel.-Maintain a clear understanding of hotel policies and ensure compliance.-Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities.-Oversee the recruitment and training of hotel sales representatives and other hotel staff.-Find work with large organizations such as churches, sports clubs, or businesses to convince them to sponsor their hotel.-Prepare and distribute promotional and advertising materials to create awareness of the hotel\'s products/services.-Maintain complete knowledge of all services offered by the hotel to conduct successful sales.-Explain and notify customers of recent promotions and options available for hotel services.-Oversee customer account management and service tab.-Collaborate with event and wedding planners to ensure increased patronage and hotel bookings.-Oversee the processing of payments and provide discounts to the customer when necessary.-Assign job duties to hotel staff and ensure effective performance of assigned tasks.-Oversee the Hotel Customer Service Unit to ensure compliance with set standards of hospitality and customer service.-Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and encourage continued patronage.-B2BJob Requirements:
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
