Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Hotel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving bookings, fostering long-term client relationships, and enhancing the guest experience while maximizing revenue in areas such as group bookings, FIT (Free Independent Travelers), corporate sales, and events. You will be a key player in representing the hotel to clients, agencies, and business partners, ensuring excellent customer service and increasing the hotel's profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
• Maximize revenue in group bookings, FIT's, events, and corporate sales.
• Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with travel agents, corporate companies, and business partners.
• Conduct regular sales visits to potential clients and business partners.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Create and manage customer accounts while pursuing opportunities for sales growth.
• Organize hotel familiarization visits for potential customers and partners.
• Identify and address customer and business partner needs, concerns, or complaints.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports in line with management's needs.
• Apply creative local marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for effective sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience :
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales & Reservations, preferably within the UAE hotel industry (Dubai preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the hotel professionally on various platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent).
• A valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
