Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception desk.
Efficiently check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and payment processing.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes using hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling paperwork, mail, and phone calls.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues satisfactorily.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Must have Arabic and English proficiency; Additional languages are a plus.
Must have Hotel software knowledge.
Prior experience as a receptionist; 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
