Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide warm hospitality throughout their stay.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately using hotel management software.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests experiences.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints tactfully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing guest luggage and coordinating with other hotel departments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
