The Hotel Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Manage reservations and assist with booking inquiries Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist guests with special requests and resolve issues promptly Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
Requirements: Proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems Knowledge of local attractions and amenities Impeccable grooming and professional appearance High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
