Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. . Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. . Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods. . Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. . Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and ensure alignment with operational requirements. . Review and approve purchase orders and contracts. . Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions. . Prepare and manage budgets for procurement activities. . Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. . Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. . Strong negotiation and analytical skills. . Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. .
