We are looking for an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER for a 2 star hotel in Fujairah with at-least 8+ years experience in managing hotels with direct involvement in day to day operations ranging from managing staff, maintenance of the hotel premises, handling staff absence/leave, hotel schedule, customer satisfaction among other necessary details. The manager will directly report to the owners and will be provided on-site residence along with food facilities. Needed - Excellent communication skills - Detail oriented individual - Experience in managing hotel and on premises facilities -Team leadership and - Conflict resolution skills Previous experience in UAE hotels is a must. Previous experience of dealing with UAE authorities is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
