The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with top-tier luxury hospitality brands and will play a key role in maintaining the resort\'s high standards of service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all resort operations, including Food & beverage, Rooms Division, and all operations, ensuring seamless luxury service delivery.
Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of service and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, drive profitability, and increase revenue.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and team collaboration.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to attract new guests and retain existing clientele through innovative marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Regularly inspect the property to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices and improve overall operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Ideal candidate: Hotel manager, EAM of senior Director of F&B, or Senior Director of Rooms
At least 7 years of hotel management experience, ideally with leading luxury brands like Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Six Senses, Ritz Carlton, Aman, Peninsula, or top luxury hospitality brands
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a high-performing workforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets effectively.
Solid experience of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales/marketing strategies.
Flexibility to adapt to working in a desert environment
