### Job Summary
IIQAF is looking for an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our hotel team. The successful candidate will manage all hotel operations and produce high quality services to our guests.
As the Hotel Manager, you will ensure guest satisfaction, while maintaining a budget-friendly environment. This includes ensuring efficient operations and adherence to the hotel's policies and standards.
### Job Duties:
• Manage daily operations of the hotel and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
• Create strategic plans to increase guest satisfaction and raise brand recognition.
• Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplining of employees.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the hotel is meeting customer expectations.
• Manage budgets and expenditures, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain financial records.
• Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and suggestions.
• Ensure the hotel meets health and safety regulations.
### Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in hotel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage staff.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
