The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance, to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a focus on operational efficiency, employee development, and guest satisfaction.

• Operational Management
• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Manage staffing levels to optimize guest service and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality standards in line with brand expectations, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Guest Experience and Service Excellence
• Uphold exceptional guest service standards, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve services based on their needs and preferences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews, implementing action plans to continuously improve.
• Financial and Budget Management
• Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Analyze financial reports, track revenue and expenses, and identify areas for improvement.
• Maximize profitability by monitoring and optimizing room rates, occupancy levels, and other revenue streams.
• Team Leadership and Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff across all departments, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance employee development.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and brand standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Marketing and Sales Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive occupancy, improve room sales, and enhance brand visibility.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the hotel's profile and services.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events and promotions to attract new guests and increase loyalty.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel management, front desk operations, and housekeeping.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
