We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as RUSSIAN SPEAKING Hotel Receptionists and Guest Service Agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality industry with a reputable hotel.Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 1800
- Language Allowance: AED 150 per month
- Service Charge: Variable, based on monthly hotel revenue
- Incentives: Up to AED 3000 for upselling
- Additional Perks: Accommodation, transportation, and food allowance provided
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
- If you\'re outside the UAE, we offer visa and ticket assistance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell and contribute to the hotel\'s revenue.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest experiences.
