Hotel Cleaning Staff
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors.
• Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and safely.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and standards.
• Respond to guest requests and provide additional services as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
