We are seeking applications for the position of Assistant

Operation Lead

for 3- star Hotel in Dubai.

We are looking for candidates who are well versed in Dubai Municipality and Tourism department paperwork.

They should be willing to support, supervise & responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, including managing staff, budgets, and guest satisfaction. Manage quality assurance programs, and strategise process improvements, among other things.

Other responsibilities include Supervising the operations team, scheduling & maintaining of documentation.

Suitable candidates are expected to have the below qualifications and experience

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Management

Minimum 4 years experience in Hotel Management (Kindly mentioned separately experienced in UAE)

Good communication skills and fluent in English

Ready to join immediately
