Draft and process new and renewal contracts for hotel partnerships.
Oversee and enhance the sales lead generation process, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Compile and maintain comprehensive lists of prospective hotels, complete with relevant contact information, using Excel.
Develop and refine sales presentations for hotels utilizing PowerPoint.
Administer and update all master spreadsheets with precision.

Gather and organize images and artwork specifications for hotel marketing materials.
Coordinate promotional offers and packages for hotels, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
Provide support for all digital marketing initiatives pertaining to our hotel partners.
Assist with administrative tasks and support for seasonal marketing campaigns.
salesforce input, reports & Dashboards
Accurately input hotel contracts, opportunities, and contact information into Salesforce.
Generate detailed reports on hotel redemptions.
Offer accounts support and create informative dashboards.
PRODUCTION/CONTENT
Manage internal processes for new and renewing hotel partnerships.
Update hotel contact information, attributes, and savings estimates regularly.
Ensure current hotel packages are updated on the company app.
Aid in the approval process for artwork and oversee production processes.
hotel/customer Service
Address customer service inquiries related to travel and hotel services promptly.
Produce reports for management as required.
Qualifications:
Capacity to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment while achieving results and adhering to deadlines.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
