A high end steakhouse restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

- Maintains a guest history record of birthdays, special occasions, and preferences of regular guests, and uses the same information to create a more personalized service.
- Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions. Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation.
- Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, shisha rules & SOP, and outside food policies are accurately being conducted.
- Presents and menu to guests while in the waiting area and explains the restaurant pagers \xe2\x80\x98range.
