• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment or Upscale Beach Club as a Hostess.
  
• A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  
• An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.

• Leads and coordinates FIVE\'s acclaimed Front of House Operations while elevating the \xe2\x80\x98Vibe at FIVE\xe2\x80\x99 throughout all Guest Touchpoints.
  
• Assists Guests in finding Suitable Seating Arrangements based on their preferences and the availability of tables.
  
• Manages Waitlists during peak times and provides Accurate Wait Time estimates, whilst ensuring Guests are well taken care of.
  
• Proactively acknowledges and Remembers Guest Preferences, maintaining meticulous Guest History records to curate unparalleled, \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 Service.
  
• Exhibits an exceptional understanding of FIVE\'s diverse destinations, concepts, menus, events, and bespoke offerings, enabling \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Star\xe2\x80\x99 Guest Assistance at all times.
  
• Efficiently Processes Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s industry-leading Control Procedures.
  
• Enhances the overall Guest Experience by ensuring Seamless Operations and Excellence in Service Delivery.
  
• Collaborates with a Fellow \'FIVERs\' to maximise Guest Satisfaction, providing Prompt and Positive responses to inquiries.
