Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a luxurious dining environment? Our upscale restaurant in Silicon Oasis is looking for a charming and professional Hostess to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and ensure they feel welcome.

• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.

• Assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests.

• Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area.

• Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials and promotions.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role, preferably in an upscale dining setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in reservation management software is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
