Handle phone and online reservations, accurately recording details in the booking system. Coordinate with the service staff to manage table turnovers and seating arrangements. Ambiance Maintenance:

Ensure the dining area or lounge is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Monitor the guest area to ensure it meets high hospitality standards. Collaboration with Team:

Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide updates on guest preferences and special requests to enhance their experience. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a hostess role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
