Job Description
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and experienced Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a valid Emirates ID and Visa (visit visas are not accepted), we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide menus and take drink orders
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with coordinating and organizing special events
• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a hostess or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid Emirates ID and Visa (visit visas are not accepted)
