• Responsible for all service preparations, including table planning and menu preparation.
• Ensure all menus are clean and ready for use on the floor.
• Print and prepare specific menus (buffet, brunch, promotions, etc.) in advance.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surfaces.
• Correctly set up Micros according to the meal period.
• Stay fully informed about current promotions and discounts.
• Check daily emails and ServeMe reservations.
• Always display enthusiasm and deliver exceptional service to all guests. Act as the first point of contact for guests, whether in person or over the phone.
• Prepare table plans according to reservation sheets.
• Monitor guest movements and communicate changes to waiting staff and the kitchen.
• Take orders and provide guests with information as needed, ensuring clear communication with colleagues.
• Record guest preferences and update guest history folios.
• Communicate special requests, dietary requirements, or restrictions to the chef or kitchen staff.
• Manage challenges, changes, and table turnovers during service.
• Prepare orders, including drinks and snacks, if necessary.
• Perform cleaning tasks during and after service.
• Attend departmental meetings as required.
• Coordinate with managers or coordinators for any large party reservations.
• Ensure the daily printing of package forecasts for HB, BB, and FB.
• Bid farewell to all guests, encouraging repeat business.
