Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Assist guests with inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service. Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to hotel standards and hospitality etiquette.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years

of experience as a

Hostess

in a hotel or fine dining restaurant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a pleasant personality. Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a positive attitude. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
