Greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Provide information about our real estate services and properties in Arabic and English.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for real estate agents.
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring all materials are up to date.
Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials and assisting with events.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Address any client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
