Responsible for making customers/guests feel welcome and totally satisfied. Take orders and serve food and beverages. Identify issues and take appropriate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

? Welcome customers/guests, take/serve orders, answer queries, help them identify and select products, providing advice and/or recommendations in a sensitive manner.

? Achieve total customer satisfaction.

? Possess in-depth knowledge of Miss J Cafe's product line-up.

? Perform basic administrative tasks including shop opening and closing activities.

? Up-sell and cross-sell in an appropriate manner.

? Arrange table settings and ensure excellent hygiene at all times.

? Ensure that all product displays adhere to shelf-life standards.

? Check products for quality and appearance.

? Handle POS and cashier activities including preparing checks and collecting payments from customers, and operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.

? Provide a receipt to every Customer.

? Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales, process refunds and exchanges, and resolve complaints.

? Package/wrap purchases to ensure safe transport.

? Plan displays (including tags and arrangements) and orders.

? Adhere to uniform/personal hygiene standards, all relevant health department rules/regulations, and all customer service guidelines.

Qualifications

? Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress in a reputed, fast-paced F&B environment, including handling cash and POS systems.

? High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.

? Strong team player.

? Critical thinker and problem-solver.

? Good time management skills.

? Great interpersonal and communication skills.

? Physically able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,150.00 per month
