Job Description
The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations, and ensuring guests are seated promptly. They play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they arrive and manage the seating arrangements. Handle reservations and walk-in customers efficiently. Provide menus and inform customers of any specials. Assist with managing waiting lists and ensuring a smooth flow of guests. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and outgoing personality. Strong organizational skills.
