- Provide attentive service to guests.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative, helpful and creative way.
- Efficient & effective relay orders to the kitchen and bar using technology.
- Has experience in grilling, ensuring guests have a memorable and interactive dining experience.
- Possess a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Initiative to assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area in accordance with the food code and right hygiene practices of Dubai Municipality.
- Maintain standards of appearance by consistently keeping uniforms tidy and presentable by following proper grooming.
- Meticulous cleaning for the equipment in each area completes the end of day task in a timely manner.

- Do you have experience handling both hosting duties and serving customers in a restaurant environment?
- How do you ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere for guests as a host, while also providing attentive service during their dining experience?
- Are you familiar with recommending menu items and taking orders from customers? Can you describe your approach to upselling and suggesting specials?
- Have you received any formal training or certifications related to hospitality or customer service?
- How do you handle busy periods or unexpected challenges, such as managing multiple reservations or addressing customer complaints?
- Are you comfortable using restaurant management software or platforms like SevenRooms to manage reservations and guest information?
- Can you describe a time when you had to work collaboratively with other staff members, such as chefs or bartenders, to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests?
- Are you knowledgeable about different types of alcoholic beverages, including Japanese wine/sake, and can you make recommendations to guests based on their preferences?
- Have you ever had the opportunity to serve Japanese Wagyu Beef to customers? If so, how did you ensure they had an exceptional dining experience?
