We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host - Chinese Speaker to join our team at our luxury holiday homes in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reception:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Ensure all guests receive personalized service and attention to detail.

Customer Service:

• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about the property, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with special requests and coordinate with other departments to fulfill them.

Communication: Hospitality Standards:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Relay important guest information and feedback to the relevant departments.
• Uphold the company's high standards of hospitality and service.
• Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 1- 2 years of experience in a hospitality role.

Skills:

• Requires Mandarin proficiency to effectively communicate with our Chinese-speaking guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using hospitality management software and systems.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
