Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Hospitality Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. You will manage client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and track sales progress using CRM software.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance promotional strategies and campaigns.

Reporting & Administration:

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to support company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Hospitality Sales: 3 years (Required)
