Hospital Chief Executive Officer

Job Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for their client in UAE which is a multispecialty hospital.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of leadership experience in leading a JCI accredited multispecialty hospital in western countries with established healthcare systems.
Qualified, western trained top healthcare management executives with experience in leading large multispecialty hospitals would be ideal for this vacancy. We are looking for candidates who are incumbent CEOs of hospitals. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the organization\'s strategy, values, mission, corporate culture, building and overseeing the executive team, allocating capital, reporting to the Group CEO, the incumbent would be responsible for communicating effectively with the stakeholders of the organization and leading the organization towards excellence in patient care, quality, sustainability and growth.
Salary: Up to AED 100,000 per month, accommodation and family benefits (negotiable).
