Job Description

The successful candidate will train and care for our horses, ensuring their well-being and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of equine behavior, and training techniques, and a strong commitment to animal welfare.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for horses of various breeds and disciplines.
• Evaluate the behavior and performance of each horse and adapt training methods as needed.
• Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health.
• Helping horses adapt to wearing riding equipment, such as saddles and bridles.
• Work closely with veterinarians and farriers to ensure the overall well-being of the horses.
• Maintain accurate records of each horse's training progress and health status.
• Participate in the planning and execution of Horse events and competitions.
• Regularly assess training facilities and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Train riders to learn how to ride and work with the horses.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with and training animals.
• Knowledge of equine management and care.
• Knowledge of animal behavior .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle and control animals safely.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
