Job Title: Sales Executive (HORECA MARKET EXPERIENCE MUST)
Office: Ajman (Sales will be conducted in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 4 years in the Ice Cream / Frozen Food /FMCG industry

Job Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Conduct virtual meetings and in-person sales visits with potential and existing clients located in Dubai and Sharjah. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HoReCa sector.
• Product Demonstration : Effectively present and demonstrate a wide range of ice cream and frozen food products to clients in the HoReCa sector, highlighting quality, flavor variety, and value.
• Business Development : Establish new business relationships with clients. Identify and tap into new market opportunities.
• Event Participation : Attend relevant trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking meetings within the foodservice and hospitality industry (HoReCa) to represent the brand, showcase products, and expand the client base.
• Sales Review & Target Achievement : Regularly review personal sales performance against monthly and annual targets. Adapt sales strategies as needed to ensure that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Negotiations & Contract Management : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional offers with clients. Offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs and budgets.

Qualifications :

• Experience : At least 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the Ice Cream or Frozen Food industry. Experience in the HoReCa sector is highly MANDATORY.
• Education : A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Market Knowledge : Knowledge of key players in the region is a plus.
• Driving license mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
